CLASSES:
1975 and older single cylinder HR stock 1975 and older single cylinder HD stock
leaf spring single cylinder open
IFS single cylinder open
GENERAL RULES:
must have operational brake
must have working tether switch
snowflap must touch the ground with rider on machine
must have clutch guards
must have 6" visible numbers on each side of machine
must wear an helmet and boots no blue jeans
studs should measure no more than 3/8" above lugs
must be 14 yrs or older to race
OPEN CLASS RULES:
must have silenced exhaust
STOCK CLASS RULES:
may substitute any engine as long as it came in that brand before 1975
clutch must be stock original, 94c duster or powerbloc primary must use stock secondary skis- must be steel, no ski-skins,
no decreasing of rotating mass, ie:removing fan shroud
carb- orginal or other butterfly type of 2-1/4" bolt pattern on hr class and 2-15/16" on hd class. if sled came with a mikuni stock you may run it.
exhaust- any can style exhaust
any internal modifications allowed, .060 max over bore must maintain original shrouding
engine must use points style ignition no cdi's
no jackshaft chassis
ALLOWED CHANGES:
change gear ratio
change clutch weight and springs
adjust secondary spring position
change seats, handlebars, running boards for driver comfort
drill tunnel to allow for suspension adjustment
